Whether you plan to hike Titcomb Basin or Cirque of the Towers for a long weekend, the Wind River High Route all week, or thru-hike the Continental Divide Trail, GOTCO has several convenient hiking shuttle options to allow you to see more and drive less.  You decide!

1. Vehicle shuttle: You park your vehicle at the entrance trailhead and, at sometime during your trip, we will pick up your vehicle and drive it to the exit trailhead of your choice. Best time saving option!

2. People shuttle: You park your vehicle at the exit trailhead, we pick your party up at the designated time and transport you to the entrance trailhead, where you may begin your trip. Best option if you want to visit with one of our local drivers or if you don’t want someone else driving your vehicle!

3. Point to Point: We can pick you up at any designated location (airport, hotel, trailhead, other) and shuttle you to another location (airport, hotel, trailhead, other). Best option if you don’t have a vehicle!

   Please Note: Before we pick you up at your chosen location, we can stop at the Great Outdoor Shop or any other location in Pinedale for you to pick up any supplies or equipment you have purchased, and we will bring them to the pickup point. Need bear spray or extra gas canisters? Order them from the Great Outdoor Shop and we will have your order in the vehicle when we pick you up. Also, if you have extra gear that you can’t take on the trail, we can store it for you at our office in Pinedale and when you are picked up, we can bring it with us or you can pick it up at our office at your convenience.

4. Cancellation: We want to take a moment to explain our 50% non-refundable policy. This policy isn’t implemented lightly but rather stems from substantial operational commitments we make on behalf of every customer from the moment a booking is confirmed.

   Our Operational Commitments Include:

   Insurance Coverage: We maintain comprehensive insurance policies to protect our customers, equipment, and operations. These premiums represent a significant ongoing expense that must be paid regardless of whether individual trips proceed as planned.

   Vehicle Maintenance & Readiness: Our fleet requires continuous maintenance, inspections, and preparation to ensure safety and reliability. Thes costs are incurred well in advance of each trip to guarantee that our equipment meets the highest standards.

   Permits & Licensing: We secure necessary permits from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and Forest Service to run a legal business in these areas. These permits involve both fees and advance planning that cannot be recovered when trips are cancelled.

   Guaranteed Operations: Perhaps most importantly, our ability to continue providing services to all our customers depends on having guaranteed funds to cover these essential operational costs. Without this financial stability, we would be unable to maintain the quality and reliability that our customers expect and deserve.

   We recognize that natural disasters and other unforeseen circumstances are completely beyond your control, and we wish we could absorb these costs entirely. However, our policy ensures that we can continue to operate and serve our customers even when external forces disrupt individual bookings.
